- Forum registration data. Display name, business email address, employer and any profile details you choose to add, plus the content of posts you submit.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps, recorded in standard server logs by our hosting provider.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data, payment card data, or information from children under 16.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and provide technical support.
- To operate, moderate and secure the partner forum.

Contact-form and email correspondence is retained for up to five years to support ongoing commercial relationships and warranty history. Forum accounts and posts remain until you ask us to delete them or the account is inactive for three years. Server logs are retained for up to twelve months.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection where supported by the hosting configuration. Access to inquiry records is limited to Harborlight staff who need it, accounts use unique credentials, and administrative access to the site requires multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and a copy in a portable format. Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories of information collected and may opt out of any sale or sharing — we do neither. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
To make a request, email webmaster@forum.pacific-reps.com with enough detail for us to identify your records. We respond within 30 days, or 45 days where the request is complex, and we will tell you if we need more time.
9. International visitors
Our office, staff and servers are located in the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Third-party links
Pages on this site and posts in the forum may link to manufacturer websites and technical resources we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites; please review their own privacy notices.
